About Us

Naissa Isaro

Hi, I’m Naissa—co-founder of CivilTea Discourse, where I work as a consultant and facilitator building meaningful, student-led dialogue in schools and community spaces. I help institutions create intentional conversations that support critical thinking, empathy, and collective understanding.

I partner with schools, educators, students, and community stakeholders to design dialogue experiences that reflect each space's unique culture and needs. My approach—from curriculum design to facilitation strategy—is collaborative, adaptive, and rooted in the belief that dialogue is a powerful tool for connection and growth.

At the core of my work is a commitment to creating spaces where voices are heard, perspectives are respected, and conversation becomes a pathway to real change.

Pricillia Isimbi

Hi, I’m Pricillia—co-founder of CivilTEA and someone who believes that conversation can change everything.

I started this work because I was tired of seeing young people left out of the rooms where decisions—and real dialogue—were happening. CivilTEA began as a student-led response to that gap: a space where people could show up fully, speak honestly, and learn how to listen without needing to agree.

Over the years, I’ve trained students, led cross-school dialogues, and helped communities build cultures of trust from the inside out. I approach facilitation with care, clarity, and a strong sense of responsibility to the room. My work is rooted in empathy—but it’s also about accountability, structure, and impact.

I’m here to help people practice courage in conversation. And I believe that when we do that well, we shift more than just opinions—we shift culture.
